EN | Hey lovelies! So happy that you stopped by at my blog. Before I continue with my fashion week posts (so excited to show you all my outfits!) I have one last post from London for you. As you all already know I was in London in June with one of my best friends. So today I want to share some pictures and experiences in a ‘London Travel Diary’ with you.
But before I start telling you what we did in London I want to give you some tips. If you also just stay a few days in London I highly recommend to buy a 1 Day Travel ticket for the underground and bus everyday (it’s around 12 Pound). I also recommend you to use the busses as often as possible. It’s a great way to see a lot of the city and also to come to your destination.
Our flight was early on a Friday morning from Bremen to London Stansted Airport. The first thing we did in London was driving to Covent Garden with the bus (so beautiful there!) and ate Burgers hat Shake Shack. They were good but definitely not the best I’ve eaten. Afterwards we did some touristic stuff like going to the Buckingham Palace. After the check in at the hostel we finally could change clothes and drove to Notting Hill. It’s so cute and we also shoot an outfit there, which you’ve already seen here. We ended the day with a walk through Kensington Garden and the Hyde Park. And I could definitely recommend that as well.
The second day started with a typical English Breakfast and some little Cupcakes from Lola’s (go and grab some cupcakes there, so delicious!!!). The day was also packed with a lot of touristic stuff like Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus and a little bit of shopping at Topshop.
Our last day started with a walk to the Tower Bridge which was the location for my last look from London, that you’ve also already seen here. Then we went to Harrods and afterwards to the Wembley Arena and the Outlet there. I have to say that I’m not the biggest Outlet fan and this one was also not one where I would say that you find amazing clothes. My highlight of the day was definitely the Camden Food Market. Most delicious food I ate in London, so if you’re in London definitely go there and grab some food. Afterwards we went shopping at the Carnaby Street and had a really stressful night. Our flight was early in the morning and there is no way to get from London to the Stansted Airport at nighttime. So we had to take the last bus at midnight to the airport and stayed there all night. If you also drive with the Stansted Express (busses) make sure to find the bus stop early! It’s not as easy as it sounds.
All in all was the trip amazing and I’m even more in love with London than I was before. Have you also been to London and what was your favorite place there? My favorite places were definitely the Camden Food Market, Notting Hill and all the lovely parks.
EN | Hey Lovelies and good evening! I’m already back from Berlin Fashion Week and still haven’t show you my last outfit from my London trip. But it’s finally time to show you this black and white outfit combo. And I have to say that the background of this look is my favorite one when we talk about my three looks from London. Do you agree?
The outfit is based on a simple black and white combo. I combined my all-time favorite suede skirt with a white blouse. To make the look a bit more casual and edgy I decided to wear my black boots. And as we were running around all day I decided to go for my black backpack again. So perfect for walking around all day and exploring a new city. What do you think about this black and white look?
EN | Happy Monday! I finally have some time to share my second look from London with you today. I can’t believe how fast time is running. I’m already a week back at home. The outfit from London, that I want to show you today, is definitely more edgy than my first look from there. The flannel is one of my all time favorite pieces and if you read my blog for quite a while now you have seen it before. I combined it with a casual shirt, a black jeans and my edgy boots. I was also wearing my backpack because it’s so much easier to carry around a backpack for exploring a city than a big bag. What do you think about this look?
EN | Hey everyone! So glad you stopped by at my blog. As I already told you in my last blogpost and you also my have seen on Instagram (@vogueetvoyage) or Snapchat (jeannee_r), I was in London for the weekend. And I’m super in love with the city. A travel diary about London will be going online soon on the blog. So stay tuned.
Today I want to share my first outfit from there with you. We shoot the pictures in Notting Hill. I mean how beautiful are the pastel houses? And they also fit perfectly to the color of my blazer. The rest of the look is quite easy, boots, black jeans and a grey crop top. The eye-catcher is definitely my white bag. What do you think about the outfit?
