Happy Sunday! I’ve visited a really good friend of mine in Lüneburg this weekend and so I totally forget about uploading this post. I’m already one month back from my trip to Paris and still have some content to share with you. So you can obviously see that I’m still struggling to balance work, my social life and my blog. But hey I’m getting better and better, so be patient with me. But enough about my struggles let’s talk about my last travel experience:
Paris, mon amour. It actually was my 4th time in Paris and I’m so fascinated by this amazing city every single time. As I’ve been to Paris quite often already it still amazes me how inspiring the city is. The whole city got it’s only vibe and style. Today I want to share a little Paris Travel Diary with you about my little trip there, with some tips about what to do, where to eat, you know the drill:
Things to do (best photo spots):
Rooftop terrace at the Galerie Lafayette: Shopping is definitely not the only nice thing you can do at the Galerie Lafayette. You sould definitly check out the rooftop terrace as well. The view is just amazing.
Palais Royal (Colonnes de Buren): Such a beautiful location and it’s perfect to take pictures, I promise. And if you don’t believe me, wait for my next outfit post because the pictures where taken there.
Pont Alexandre III: Another beautiful photo location is the Pont Alexandre III. I’ve already shown you my first outfit from Paris which we shoot there. And a lot of you already said in the comments of my last post how beautiful the location was. I’ve also seen a lot of young people sitting there (and in general at the Seine) in the evenings. So it’s definitely a nice place to relax. Continue reading →
EN | Happy Friday everyone! Today I have something completely different for you here on my blog. As you can obviously see it’s a little Follow Me Around Video from New York. I actually don’t want to say to much, just enjoy the video!
Please let me know what you think about this whole video and FMA stuff! And also let me know if you would like to see more videos about my future travel destinations. I personally thought that this is a great variety to the written posts about New York. Especially a little addition to my New York Travel Diary where I tell you everything about the best places around town (you can find it here, if you haven’t seen it already). Continue reading →
Happy Friday everyone! Today I finally have my New York Travel Diary for you! As you probably all know (because I already uploaded a few posts from the city) I’ve been to New York at the beginning of September and I absolutely love this city! So this post will be all about my favorite places around town. About where to go, eat/drink/snack, sleep and shop. Because the post is already quite long let’s start directly with my list, so here we go:
One World Observatory
Things to do:
– Brooklyn Bridge Park (& Brooklyn Bridge): Probably one of my favorite places. You have an amazing view at the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Skyline. You can also sit there so you can pick up some food or a snack or something to drink before you sit there and enjoy the view. Also walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, but make sure that it’s quite early otherwise the Bridge is full of tourists. (Brooklyn Bridge Park Homepage)
– High Line Park: The High Line is an old freight rail line elevated above the streets on Manhattan’s West Side, where plants and flowers are growing now. So it’s really nice to take a relaxing walk there. (High Line Park Homepage)
– Staten Island Ferry: The Staten Island Ferry is free so it doesn’t cost you a penny. Also the view from the Ferry is really nice and you past the Stature of Liberty. (Staten Island Ferry Homepage)
– Circle Line: At the Pier 83. I have to say that the view at the Circle Line Cruise is definitely more beautiful than at the Staten Island Ferry. So if you don’t care about paying something I would recommend this Cruise more. (Circle Line Cruise Homepage )
– Greenwich Village: Probably my absolute favorite district in Manhattan. There are so many cute shops and restaurant and also some rooftop gardens. It’s just really nice to walk around there.
– Jefferson Market Garden: While you’re walking through Greenwich Village you should definitely make a stop at the Jefferson Market Garden. Adress: 70A Greenwich Village, opening is weather permitted, opening times: 10 AM to dusk every day, expect Mondays. (Jefferson Market Garden Homepage)
– Dumbo: is short for Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass and is a part of Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Bridge Park is also located here and the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory. Also there are everywhere super cute shops and cafés.
– Top of The Rock: At the Rockefeller Center. It’s typically touristic but the view is breathtaking. Address: 45 Rockefeller Plaza
– One World Observatory: Also a typical touristic attraction. But the view over the city is insane.
– Grand Central Terminal: I think everyone knows this place from movies and series and it’s definitely worth a visit. Address: 89E 42nd Street
EN| Hey Lovelies and happy Saturday! I hope your week and start into the weekend was great. I’m working on a New York Travel Diary or Guide with all the best places in New York and tips where to go, eat and shop right now. Obviously these are just my tips and my favorite places in the City, but I think there are also some insider tipps in my guide. So stay tuned. I think it will be online next Wednesday.
But I’ve taken so many pictures in New York I already want to share some of them with you today. The first one is taken on the Rockefeller Center, from the Top of the Rock. And even though this is such a touristic place the view is so amazing. The second picture is taken on an early morning on 5th Avenue. Also some other pictures are from the Brooklyn Bridge and also the Manhattan Bridge. And looking at these pictures make me want to go back immediately. New York is such a beautiful city. I’m going to tell you more about my trip their in my Travel Diary. But for now enjoy the pictures and let me know what you think about them! Continue reading →
EN | Hey lovelies! So happy that you stopped by at my blog. Before I continue with my fashion week posts (so excited to show you all my outfits!) I have one last post from London for you. As you all already know I was in London in June with one of my best friends. So today I want to share some pictures and experiences in a ‘London Travel Diary’ with you.
But before I start telling you what we did in London I want to give you some tips. If you also just stay a few days in London I highly recommend to buy a 1 Day Travel ticket for the underground and bus everyday (it’s around 12 Pound). I also recommend you to use the busses as often as possible. It’s a great way to see a lot of the city and also to come to your destination.
Our flight was early on a Friday morning from Bremen to London Stansted Airport. The first thing we did in London was driving to Covent Garden with the bus (so beautiful there!) and ate Burgers hat Shake Shack. They were good but definitely not the best I’ve eaten. Afterwards we did some touristic stuff like going to the Buckingham Palace. After the check in at the hostel we finally could change clothes and drove to Notting Hill. It’s so cute and we also shoot an outfit there, which you’ve already seen here. We ended the day with a walk through Kensington Garden and the Hyde Park. And I could definitely recommend that as well.
The second day started with a typical English Breakfast and some little Cupcakes from Lola’s (go and grab some cupcakes there, so delicious!!!). The day was also packed with a lot of touristic stuff like Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus and a little bit of shopping at Topshop.
Our last day started with a walk to the Tower Bridge which was the location for my last look from London, that you’ve also already seen here. Then we went to Harrods and afterwards to the Wembley Arena and the Outlet there. I have to say that I’m not the biggest Outlet fan and this one was also not one where I would say that you find amazing clothes. My highlight of the day was definitely the Camden Food Market. Most delicious food I ate in London, so if you’re in London definitely go there and grab some food. Afterwards we went shopping at the Carnaby Street and had a really stressful night. Our flight was early in the morning and there is no way to get from London to the Stansted Airport at nighttime. So we had to take the last bus at midnight to the airport and stayed there all night. If you also drive with the Stansted Express (busses) make sure to find the bus stop early! It’s not as easy as it sounds.
All in all was the trip amazing and I’m even more in love with London than I was before. Have you also been to London and what was your favorite place there? My favorite places were definitely the Camden Food Market, Notting Hill and all the lovely parks. Continue reading →
Hey everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend so far. As promised I have a little MBFW Berlin Photo Diary for you today. You may have seen some of the pictures if you’re following me on Instagram (@vogueetvoyage).
After we arrived in Berlin we had some time before we can check into the hotel so we decided to go to the Bikini Berlin to drink a coffee and eat a little bit. The first picture was taken in a cute little café/ restaurant/ concept store called SUPER concept store at the Bikini Berlin. We also shoot the first MBFWB outfit there, which you can see below and also in the second picture. Continue reading →
Happy Sunday Evening! Hope you all had a lovely weekend. Today I have the second part of pictures from my little trip to the Lake Garda. This photo diary is about the city Sirmione which is in the south of the Lake. The first pictures are taken on Rocca Scaligera Castle. It’s a really old town with lovely little streets. I can highly recommend to walk through this small city to come to a bit different beach, which you can see in the last pictures. It’s a really nice place to take a swim if the weather is good enough. Continue reading →

Happy Monday guys! Hope you all had a nice and sunny weekend. As promised in the last post I have a little travel diary from my short trip to the Baltic sea for you! Something like a little Instagram Travel diary, cause if your following me on Instagram (@vogueetvoyage) you may know some of the pictures. Here we go with the first picture: Just a normal carfie on the road to the Baltic Sea. Our hotel was located at the Sea in Scharbeutz and this was the view from the hotel. So beautiful and calm. Please someone take me back. Continue reading →
Good morning guys, hope you all had a good start into the new month. And here we go with the last part of my Madeira Travel Diary, to bring some summer back to cold (but sunny) Germany (or where you guys are from :D). The last summer Outfit-Post from my holidays, will be coming out next week. Maybe Monday or Tuesday. So stay tuned guys.
The view from the ‘Balcoes’ near Ribeiro Frio.
That’s what the whole way to the ‘Balcoes’ looks like, just beautiful. But if you want to go their, make sure to go early before all the tourist groups arrive.
The view from the Nord coast near Porto da Cruz.
So different from the rest of this island, but definitely breathtaking and my favorite place here! If you want to get there, you just have to drive toward the town Canical, but stay one the highway till the road ends. Or look for the road sign to ‘Ponta de Sao Lourenco’. All the pictures below are also from the hiking to Ponta de Sao Lourenco, I think (sorry guys I forget the exact name, little embarrassing right now…). But if you’re at Madeira one day, definitely go there, take comfy shoes and a lot water with you! So damn hot there.
Can’t get over this view. I really want to go back right now.
Missing those beautiful views. Continue reading →
